Financiranje, pravičnost  in učinkovitost visokega šolstva,  mednarodna konferenca
Funding, equity and efficiency of higher education

Practical approaches to quality enhancement in mass higher education, Loch Lomond, Scotland
Around 36 senior staff from Universities and HE policy agencies both in the UK and overseas will come together for an intensive 48 hours of interviews, discussion, argument and study. As an output, each participant will draw up, and test out with fellow participants, a list of recommendations for practical action to take back into their own institution. There will be no conventional presentations. Part of the event will be run as a "committee of enquiry", with teams of participants conducting interviews with a number of invited expert witnesses to inform their subsequent discussions on particular issues related to quality enhancement. The seminar is designed so that participants will engage in active task-based learning before, during and after the event. It will be structured with some of the features of a ‘consensus’ conference.
